Ever play with legos? That's essentially how the Orbital Truss system works. The displays are created from a library of stock pieces that connect together, so creating a custom look is easy, and most of the larger booths can be reconfigured to work as smaller displays.

Hardware Info

Each truss piece has the ability to connect directly to another, or instead to a six-sided hub. The hub allows the direction of the truss to change, so anytime you see a perpendicular connection or a right angle, you'll find a hub. Everything connects by a large plastic molded nut and bolt that is turned by hand, so zero tools are needed for assembly, and setup time is minimal. Just like legos.

Graphics Info

Graphics for every one of our Orbital Truss displays are printed by dye sublimation onto polyester fabric. So guess what? If you spill your morning Starbucks blend on it, not to worry - just spot clean it with a stain remover and toss it in the wash. This fabric is detergent safe, machine washable, and easy to de-wrinkle with a hand held steamer or iron. Velcro is stitched into the perimeter to adhere the graphic to the truss frame.

Manufacturer's Warranty:
Immediately upon receiving shipments, please verify items shipped against the packing list to ensure accuracy. If you suspect that your delivery is incorrect or missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can contact Orbus, the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage:
The arrival of a product damaged in shipping is a 'non-warranty issue' and claims must be filed/reported to Orbus within a maximum of 3 business days of receiving the product. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. (Please be sure to sign for packages as 'damaged'.) Upon authorization to return the damage product, all returns must be made to us so we can contact Orbus within two weeks of delivery.

Standard Warranty:
Should you have a problem with a product within its given warranty period please contact us so we can contact Orbus' Customer Returns Department or provide information to you so you can contact them. If we have you contact the Customer Returns Department they will ask you 'standard questions' to determine the nature of the product failure and to establish the level of solution. Upon authorization to return the problem product, all returns must be made to Orbus within 2 weeks of RMA.

Tradeshowdirect Warranty Policy: Tradeshowdirect will do its best to help our customers  get repairs and/or replacements for their products(s) that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for the product(s) purchased from Tradeshowdirect. Call Tradeshowdirect at 1.800.605.6179 if your product(s) is defective or damaged. We will work with you or get the information you need to contact the manufacturer to get your product(s) replaced or repaired. Tradeshowdirect does not pay for return shipping for product(s) that are sent back to us or the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement.
