Cassiopeia is a 20' x 20' truss display with four tabletops, all packed in two OCF and one OCT molded freight cases. Hardware includes: twenty-three 6-way junctions, six 24" truss lengths, twelve 36" truss lengths, eighteen 46" truss lengths, twelve 90 degree curved truss lengths, a full set of quick-lock connectors, four adjustable tabletops, two OCF and one OCT molded cases.

The Cassiopeia 20' x 20' truss display can be assembled to make Ara, Arcturus, Carina, Castor, Cygnus, Hydrus, Lyra, Mars, Mercury, Pluto, Polaris, Sirius and Venus truss systems. That's 14 displays for the price of one!

Manufacturer's Warranty:
Immediately upon receiving shipments, please verify items shipped against the packing list to ensure accuracy. If you suspect that your delivery is incorrect or missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can contact Orbus, the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage:
The arrival of a product damaged in shipping is a 'non-warranty issue' and claims must be filed/reported to Orbus within a maximum of 3 business days of receiving the product. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. (Please be sure to sign for packages as 'damaged'.) Upon authorization to return the damage product, all returns must be made to us so we can contact Orbus within two weeks of delivery.

Standard Warranty:
Should you have a problem with a product within its given warranty period please contact us so we can contact Orbus' Customer Returns Department or provide information to you so you can contact them. If we have you contact the Customer Returns Department they will ask you 'standard questions' to determine the nature of the product failure and to establish the level of solution. Upon authorization to return the problem product, all returns must be made to Orbus within 2 weeks of RMA.

Tradeshowdirect Warranty Policy: Tradeshowdirect will do its best to help our customers  get repairs and/or replacements for their products(s) that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for the product(s) purchased from Tradeshowdirect. Call Tradeshowdirect at 1.800.605.6179 if your product(s) is defective or damaged. We will work with you or get the information you need to contact the manufacturer to get your product(s) replaced or repaired. Tradeshowdirect does not pay for return shipping for product(s) that are sent back to us or the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement.
