Frame
The frame of the hanging sign is constructed using anodized aluminum tubing, making it both strong and lightweight. We primarily use metal connectors to avoid the common problem of broken parts associated with plastic connectors.Our frames have simple designs and only require one or two basic tools. Each structure comes with detailed assembly instructions. When the structure is more complex, the frame will be shock corded together for easy assembly.
Fabric Covering
Using a "pillow case" construction, we provide the cleanest and smoothest fabric cover available. Our dye sub graphics can be washed and ironed (under certain conditions), and are guaranteed to remain vibrant for as long as you have your fabric banner.
Packaging
To ensure your structure arrives undamaged, we ship each one in a thick and durable, double-corrugated cardboard box that you can use again and again. The graphic is also shipped in its own bag, and loose parts and tools are placed in separate pouches. In addition to the rigid, reusable cardboard box, each structure ships with a duffel bag that can be used inside the standard box or inside the display crate of a larger booth. For larger units or units that receive much more frequent use, we can provide customized wooden crates or special roto molded plastic cases.
